Quality Inspection Center
To serve product quality inspection and new-material R&D, the company operates a fully equipped quality inspection center capable of verifying chemical composition, mechanical properties, metallographic structure, weldability, corrosion resistance and pressure resistance for new materials and processes. Key instruments include a German SPECTRO full-element direct-reading spectrometer, a German Hitachi multi-channel (Fe, Ni, Ti) direct-reading spectrometer, an infrared carbon-sulfur analyzer, a visible spectrophotometer, a 1000 kN electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine, a SANS 300 kN electronic high-temperature tensile testing machine, a pendulum impact tester, a -196°C low-temperature impact chamber, a computer-controlled high-magnification metallographic microscope and hydrostatic testing machines, together with X-ray and ultrasonic flaw detectors for non-destructive testing, and sample high-temperature sensitizing furnaces plus intergranular and pitting corrosion apparatus for evaluating the corrosion resistance of stainless-steel fittings. All testing equipment and facilities meet the accuracy requirements of relevant national standards.
