2PE anti-corrosion steel pipe

Double‑layer polyethylene (2PE) corrosion‑resistant steel pipe is a high‑performance pipeline manufactured using a double‑layer polyethylene coating process. It is suitable for a wide range of harsh operating conditions and is extensively used in the petroleum, natural gas, municipal water supply, and chemical industries. The complete double‑layer corrosion protection system consists of an inner layer of fusion‑bonded epoxy powder and an outer layer of high‑density polyethylene; the intermediate adhesive layer has a thickness of 170–250 microns, ensuring tight adhesion, while the outer polyethylene layer can be as thick as 1.8–3.7 millimeters, providing excellent mechanical protection.
