Our company’s pipe bending services are primarily categorized into two processes: medium-frequency hot bending and cold bending, each tailored to different application scenarios.
Medium-frequency hot bending
Medium-frequency induction is used to locally heat the tube, enabling one-step forming into the required angle while the material remains in its plastic state.

Suitable for large-diameter, thick-walled pipelines and high-temperature, high-pressure piping systems;
The pipe bends feature smooth, uniform curvature, minimal springback, and consistent wall thickness with no thinning.
Customizable bending angles from 3° to 90°; standard bending radii range from 3D to 40D.
Applicable materials: carbon steel, alloy steel, and other high-strength tubular materials;
Application areas: petrochemical plants, natural gas pipelines, power stations, nuclear power projects, and offshore platforms.
Cold-forming
At room temperature, the pipe is directly bent using mechanical force, with no heating required throughout the process.

No thermal deformation; the original material properties and surface finish of the tubing are fully preserved.
Suitable for tubing materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel, and nickel-based alloys that are not amenable to high-temperature heat treatment;
