Product Overview

High Pressure EFW Pipe is a type of welded steel pipe manufactured via electric fusion welding technology. The working principle relies on generating an electric arc between one or multiple consumable welding electrodes and the workpiece. The high-temperature arc fully melts base metal and filler wire to form a solid welded joint without external mechanical pressure. Large-diameter EFW pipes of this series are widely applied for long-distance high-pressure oil & gas transmission projects.

Steel plate and hot rolled strip steel are adopted as raw tube blanks. With the continuous upgrading of high-quality strip continuous rolling equipment, welding equipment and full-range non-destructive inspection technology, weld internal quality and surface finish keep improving, and the product specification portfolio expands year by year. Compared with seamless steel pipe, EFW welded pipe has obvious advantages of lower comprehensive production cost and higher continuous output efficiency. Steel Structure & Coated Pipe Application Introduction

Anti-corrosion coated pipes are extensively used for buried oil, natural gas, drinking water and underground municipal pipelines. They feature stable anti-corrosion performance, low water absorption and superior comprehensive mechanical properties.

Commercial Terms

Minimum Order Quantity: 50 tons per single specification for ordinary carbon steel pipe; 100 tons per size for special alloy steel pipe.

Standard production lead time: 45–60 working days.

Payment terms: 30% telegraphic transfer deposit in advance; 70% balance by T/T or sight letter of credit against copy of bill of lading.

Annual total production capacity: 150,000 metric tons.
