S355J0H hollow structural tubes are manufactured per EU EN 10219 specification, specially developed for European export construction and industrial projects. This hollow steel section serves as raw material for pressure pipelines, storage vessels, mechanical equipment, pipe fittings and all kinds of load-bearing structural frames.

355: Minimum yield strength of the steel substrate reaches 355 MPa

J0: The material maintains qualified impact resistance under 0°C ambient temperature

Flexible Size Range

We supply three cross-section forms: round, square and rectangular hollow tubes.

Round pipe: Outer diameter covers 13.7mm to 1214mm, maximum wall thickness 40mm; OD60.3mm × WT3.91mm is the most widely used standard size.

Square & rectangular tubes: Custom dimensions are available to fit bespoke structural design requirements.

Custom Anti-Corrosion Surface Solutions

Bare carbon steel has limited natural anti-rust capacity and can only be deployed in dry indoor conditions. For outdoor, humid or coastal corrosive working environments, hot-dip galvanizing surface treatment is strongly recommended. Full galvanizing process flow: Degreasing → Acid rust removal → Flux activation → Hot zinc dipping The zinc coating works as sacrificial anode to shield the steel substrate:

General outdoor environment: 10–15 years service life without visible rust

Mild coastal marine environment: 5–8 years stable anti-corrosion performance

This structural grade has strict mechanical performance thresholds:

Yield strength: ≥355 MPa for wall thickness ≤16mm; yield value slightly decreases as wall thickness grows

Tensile strength range: 470–630 MPa

Minimum longitudinal elongation: 21%~22%

Charpy impact toughness: ≥27 J under 0°C test temperature
