We specialize in manufacturing large-diameter JCOE straight seam submerged arc welded pipes, supported by globally advanced JCOE forming production lines for municipal gas distribution systems.

Unlike long-distance high-pressure gas main pipelines, urban gas service pipes operate under low pressure, with dense branch layouts and abundant connecting joints. These pipes demand strict standards in sealing performance, anti-corrosion ability and overall operational safety. They are widely used for residential, commercial and small industrial gas supply projects, with tailored solutions to fit diverse working conditions.

Factory & Production Advantages

Our manufacturing plant was established in 2010 with a total investment of 300 million RMB. It covers a land area of 140,951 sqm, including 30,000 sqm of production workshops. The factory locates in Yanshan Zhengang Industrial Zone, a renowned national manufacturing base for pipeline equipment.

Transportation access is highly convenient: it is 40 km to Huanghua Port, 160 km to Tianjin Port, close to Tianjin-Shantou Expressway, National Highway 205 and the Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan economic zone, supporting efficient sea and land shipment.

Our production line is equipped with PID automatic continuous JCO forming technology, featuring high output efficiency, stable product quality, low residual stress and precise dimensional tolerance control. Mould replacement can be finished quickly to produce a full range of pipe specifications: Outer Diameter: 406.4mm ~ 1422.4mm Wall Thickness: 8mm ~ 50mm Single Pipe Length: 3m ~ 12.5m Applicable Steel Grades: ordinary carbon steel, special structural steel, low alloy steel (max grade X80) Annual Output Capacity: 150,000 metric tons

Installation & Technical Specifications

Common Connection Types

Threaded connection: Suitable for pipes smaller than DN50 Hot melt connection: Designed for HDPE pipes, requiring a constant melting temperature of 210±10°C Flange connection: Used to connect pipelines with valves, measuring instruments and other auxiliary equipment

Construction Safety Requirements

The laying slope of pipelines should be no less than 0.003 to ensure smooth drainage of condensate liquid Protective sleeves must be installed when pipelines penetrate walls, with both ends flush with wall surfaces The spacing of support brackets needs to meet engineering design standards

Compulsory Pressure Testing

Strength Test: Apply pressure up to 1.5 times the design pressure and keep stable for 30 minutes without pressure loss Air Tightness Test: Test under 1.15 times the design pressure, use soapy water to inspect all joints for air leakage

Anti-Corrosion Treatment Options

Different coating solutions are provided according to installation environments: Buried underground pipelines: 3-layer polyethylene (3PE) anti-corrosion coating Exposed above-ground pipelines: Epoxy powder anti-corrosion coating
