Factory Overview

Our pipe manufacturing enterprise was founded in 2010 with a total project investment of 300 million RMB. The factory covers a land area of 140,951 square meters, and the construction area of production workshops reaches 30,000 square meters. The factory park is located in Zhenggang Industrial Development Zone, Yanshan County, which is known as China’s national pipeline equipment manufacturing base.

The transportation condition is superior. It is 40 kilometers away from Huanghua Port and 160 kilometers away from Tianjin Port. The factory borders Tianjin-Shantou Expressway on the east, National Highway 205 and the Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan economic belt on the north, and Shandong Province on the south, realizing convenient domestic logistics and overseas export delivery. We focus on the customized production of JCOE long submerged arc welded steel pipes with complete supporting production lines.

Product Application Scope

LTCS JCOE LSAW pipes cover two major application fields of fluid transportation and load-bearing construction. For fluid delivery projects, they serve as long-distance transmission pipelines for onshore and offshore crude oil, natural gas, coal water slurry and other industrial media. For structural engineering projects, they can be used as load-bearing structural pipes for offshore jacket platforms, power station supporting frames and urban municipal infrastructure construction.

For spot inventory specifications, there is no minimum order quantity limit. For customized mass production orders, we can negotiate the minimum order quantity flexibly according to customers’ actual project demands.
