Each pipe undergoes comprehensive quality tests before delivery, including chemical composition analysis, mechanical property tests, hydrostatic testing and non-destructive testing, with unique serial numbers and test certificates for full traceability.

Large-Diameter LSAW Pipe Full Introduction

Large-diameter straight-seam submerged arc welded (LSAW) steel pipes are manufactured by pressing steel plates into shape and applying double-sided submerged arc welding. The resulting weld seams are uniform and continuous, delivering high tensile strength, outstanding impact resistance and excellent corrosion resistance, making them ideal for harsh environments involving high pressure, extreme high/low temperatures and strong corrosion.

Our large-diameter LSAW pipes cover mainstream engineering specifications and support flexible customization according to actual project requirements.

The outer diameter ranges from 406mm to 1829mm, with dimensional tolerance controlled within ±0.1% to ensure precise compatibility during pipe connection.

The wall thickness spans from 6mm to 100mm, with wall thickness tolerance limited to ±5%, and custom wall thickness options are available for special high-pressure applications.

Standard pipe lengths are 6m and 12m, with custom lengths ranging from 0.5m to 24m to meet various installation scenarios.

Available surface treatments include 3PE, 3LPE and galvanizing, further enhancing corrosion resistance to adapt to different medium transmission needs.

Each pipe is assigned a unique serial number and comes with a corresponding test certificate to ensure full traceability.

The minimum order quantity is 2–5 tons, while customized orders require a minimum of 5 tons.
