Product Overview and Design Philosophy
The lined‑plastic series is a specialized corrosion‑ and wear‑resistant piping solution developed for the chemical, petrochemical, and light‑industry sectors, designed to withstand severe corrosive and erosive conditions at moderate temperatures. The products use carbon steel as the base material and employ advanced rotational molding, injection molding, and internal lining processes to line the inner walls of steel pipes with high‑performance thermoplastics such as polytetrafluoroethylene (Teflon), polyolefin PO, polyethylene PE, and polypropylene PP.
The product combines the steel substrate’s outstanding mechanical strength and pressure‑bearing capacity with the plastic liner’s excellent chemical stability and anti‑adhesive properties, effectively addressing key industry challenges such as severe corrosion, scaling, material adhesion, and shortened service life when conventional steel pipes are used to convey strong acids, strong alkalis, saline solutions, and various corrosive media.
